History

Brady, Martz & Associates, P.C. proudly traces its roots back to 1927 when Edward W. Brady opened his own accounting firm in Grand Forks, ND. Baldwin Martz worked for Edward Brady for a period of time and then moved to Minot. Baldwin became a partner in Janz & Inverson in 1947. In 1957, Baldwin and his wife, Shirley, created Baldwin Martz & Associates.

Edward and Baldwin's paths crossed again in 1981 when the two firms merged to create Brady Martz & Associates.

In 1987, Brady Martz acquired the Moser, Christenson office in Thief River Falls, MN.

Not done with expansion yet, Brady Martz saw the opportunity to open an office in Bismarck, ND in 1989 and continued the growth of this office with the acquisition of Orser, Olsen & St. Peter in 1992.

Most recently, Brady Martz was pleased to announce a merger with Reichert, Fisher of Williston and Dickinson, ND in fall 2009.

Brady Martz's long history and progressive future have established us as the premiere accounting and consulting firm in the region.
