He specializes in agriculture, construction, representation of clients before the IRS, estate planning, and cost segregation studies. He is the Tax Coordinator and the past Managing Shareholder of the Bismarck office. He is active in various community and service organizations.

Professionally, Mr. Hay is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the North Dakota Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is also the Chairman of the North Dakota Society of CPAs Taxation Committee and the past President of the Bismarck Chapter of CPAs.
