He is Vice-President of the Bismarck Public Schools Foundation, a board member of JR Achievement of Bismarck/Mandan, and a member and former chairperson of the Business Education Partnership Committee of the Bismarck/Mandan Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Brown received his BS from the University of North Dakota in
1985. He is licensed in North Dakota, South Dakota, Idaho, Oregon
and Iowa. Kevin Hay - CPA Professionally, Mr. Hay is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the North Dakota Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is also the Chairman of the North Dakota Society of CPAs Taxation Committee and the past President of the Bismarck Chapter of CPAs. Mr. Hay received his B.S. at the University of Mary in 1982. He is licensed in North Dakota. Dianna Kindseth - CPA Professionally, Dianna is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the North Dakota Society of Certified Public Accountants. She is also a member of the Institute of Business Appraisers, the Business Valuation and Litigation Services Section of the AICPA and an associate member of the American Society of Appraisers. Dianna is a member and the former chair person of the Ethics Committee for NDSCPA's, member and former chair person of the Education Committee for the Bismarck/Mandan Chamber of Commerce, and is a past board member of the NDSCPA's. Dianna received her BS at the University of North Dakota in 1981. She is licensed in North Dakota. John Mongeon - CPA Mr. Mongeon's expertise is in auditing various types of organizations including governmental entities, financial institutions, and retail establishments. He consults with governmental entities on financial reporting and performance measurements. Professionally, Mr. Mongeon is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the North Dakota Society of Certified Public Accountants. He received the Certificate of Educational Achievement for Governmental Accounting and Auditing. He is a member and past President of the Missouri Valley YMCA of Bismarck. He is the Treasurer of the Bismarck Mandan Development Association, Board Member of the Farwest Rotary Club Bismarck and the Finance Member of the Cathedral Parish Catholic Church. tax planning and general business advisory for oil and gas industry,
health care entities and small businesses. He also performs audits
of employee benefit plans. Professionally, Mr. Schell is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the North Dakota Society of Certified Public Accountants and a member of the Tax Committee of the North Dakota Society. He is also a board member and treasurer of the Missouri Valley Habitat For Humanity. Mr. Schell received his B.A. from the University of North Dakota in 1989. GRAND FORKS (back to top) Vince Brekken - CPA, CFP® Mr. Brekken's client service work includes taxation, tax planning and general business consulting services. He has a broad range of expertise in taxation including agriculture, unrelated business income of tax exempt organizations, nonprofit organization tax exempt applications, employee benefit plans, estate and retirement consulting, financial planning and cost segregation studies. Professionally, Mr. Brekken is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the North Dakota and Minnesota Societies of Certified Public Accountants, and the Association of Certified Financial Planners and the Personal Financial Planning section of the AICPA. He has received the AICPA Certificate of Education Achievement in Tax Planning and Advising for Closely Held Businesses. Mark Engelstad - CPA Mr. Engelstad has considerable experience in the long-term care industry, nonprofit entities and general business consulting. Professionally, Mr. Engelstad is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the North Dakota and Minnesota Societies of Certified Public Accountants, and the Health Care Financial Management Association. He has served on the Health Services Council of the Grand Forks Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Engelstad received his BA from Moorhead State University in 1975. Duane Goetz - CPA Mr. Goetz has over 30 years of experience in auditing, taxation and business consulting with a focus on automotive dealerships, construction and the agricultural industries. Also, he provides estate and retirement consulting to individuals. He is on the Board of Directors of the Listen Center, a non profit organization providing services to the handicapped. Pete Hoistad - CPA Mr. Hoistad provides a full range of services to clients in the financial services, health care, professional services, retail and services industries. Ron Johnke - CPA, CMA Mr. Johnke is a Certified Management Accountant with an extensive background in providing accounting , auditing, tax and business consulting services to a variety of organizations including small businesses, nonprofit organizations, governmental agencies and ag related businesses. auditing, tax, business valuations and business consulting services.
Industries served by Mr. Mattson include financial services, construction,
manufacturing, retail, employee benefits, and automobile dealerships.
Professionally, Mr. Mattson is a member of the American Institute
of Certified Public Accountants and the North Dakota Society of
Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Mattson has received the Accredited
in Business Valuation (ABV) certification from the American Institute
of Certified Public Accountants. He has served on the board of
directors and as treasurer for the Forks Area Sports Association.

and South Dakota. Tim Mehlhoff - CPA, CITP Mr. Mehlhoff's experience has emphasized information technology

Mark Miller - CPA, CFE Mr. Miller's varied background has emphasized auditing, accounting and consulting for commercial businesses, auto dealerships, Indian Tribes, Indian gaming entities, as well as other industries.
