Kevin Ritter - CPA

Mrs. Beideck is a member of the firm's tax department with a focus

returns.
Professionally, Mrs. Beideck is a member of the American Institute

Mrs. Beideck received her Bachelor of Science from the University
of Nebraska in 1995. She is licensed in North Dakota and Minnesota.

Mrs. Haagenson provides a wide range of services, focusing primarily
on financial institutions, construction and employee benefits, along
with corporate tax.
Professionally, Mrs. Haagenson is a member of the American Institute
of Certified Public Accountants and the North Dakota Society of
Certified Public Accountants. She is the past president of the Grand
Forks Chapter of CPA's.
Mrs. Haagenson received her BA from Jamestown College in 1997.
She is licensed in North Dakota and Minnesota.
Scott Hasbrouck

Mr. Hasbrouck is a member of the firm's tax department, assisting
clients with federal, state and international taxation issues. Scott
serves a wide range of individual, business and industry clients.
Prior to joining Brady Martz, Scott practiced as a transactional
attorney for fifteen years in the areas of business and tax planning,
estate planning, and real estate.
Professionally, Scott is a member of the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants, the North Dakota Society of Certified
Public Accountants, the Minnesota Society of Public Accountants
and the Tax Committee of the North Dakota Society. Scott is a member
and has served as President of the Grand Forks Kiwanis Club, as
a director of the East Grand Forks Chamber of Commerce, chaired
both the Joint Military Affairs Committee and the Golden Eagles
Club, and continues as an Honorary Commander in the Grand Forks
Air Force Base honorary commander program.
Scott received his B.S. from Moorhead State University in 1984
and his J.D., with distinction, from the University of North Dakota
School of Law in 1987. Scott is licensed in North Dakota and Minnesota.

focusing primarily on construction and sales and service companies,
along with corporate tax and general business consulting.
Professionally, Mr. Lord is a member of the
American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the North
Dakota Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is the past
president of the Grand Forks Chapter of CPA's. He served as the
chairperson of the public relations committee of the NDSCPA's.

Forks Chapter of CPA's and current president of the Grand Forks
Noon Kiwanis Club.

Professionally, Mr. Heizelman is a member of

Dakota Society of Certified Public Accountants. He currently serves
on the board of the Minot Area Homeless Coalition.
Mr. Heizelman received his BA from the Minot

Linda Langmaack- CPA

Mrs. Langmaack has extensive experience in taxation of individuals,
small businesses and partnerships along with providing accounting
and consulting services for these clients. She also specializes
in QuickBooks accounting software installation, training and support.
Professionally, Mrs. Langmaack is a member of the American Institute
of Certified Public Accountants and the North Dakota Society of
Certified Public Accountants. She is also a member of the Minot
Rotary Club.
Mrs. Langmaack received her Associate Degree from Interstate Business
College in Business Administration in 1986.

Mrs. Malnaa is a member of the firm's tax department, assisting
with federal and state tax issues. Taryce has earned the designation
of Certified Specialist in Estate Planning and assists clients with
estate planning, estate administration and trust tax-related issues.
She also provides accounting, consulting and tax services to individuals
and small businesses.
Professionally, Mrs. Malnaa is a member of the American Institute
of Certified Public Accountants and the North Dakota Society of
Certified Public Accountants. She is currently a member of the NDSCPA
Tax Committee, The Salvation Army Board of Directors, and the Northwest
North Dakota Estate Planning Council Board of Directors.
