An Update Regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19)
To our valued clients,
At Brady Martz, the health and safety of our employees, their families, and our clients is of paramount importance. For this reason, we are taking specific precautions to protect our staff and visitors during the current outbreak of Coronavirus.
Client and In-office Visits
We strongly encourage alternatives to in-person meetings through the end of March, especially for more vulnerable persons. We have invested heavily in technology and are able to provide continued client service without having to be physically present. Alternatives to in-person meetings include virtual meetings (on your computer or mobile device), telephone and e-mail.
Document Sharing
You can easily share documents and information with us through:
- Use of our secure portals to submit and receive documents
- Secure e-mail
- Postal service
Also consider receiving your tax return electronically using SafeSend.
Tax Deadline
As of March 17, the IRS has provided temporary relief for payment of taxes in certain situations; however the tax filing deadline remains April 15. We anticipate that there may become a need to extend more tax returns than in previous years. If that becomes necessary, we will appreciate your cooperation and understanding
Rest assured, we are monitoring this developing situation closely. If any major changes occur, such as the need for an office closure, we will update you immediately with details. Thank you for your patience and trust in Brady Martz during these unusual circumstances. If you have any questions or further concerns, please do not hesitate to contact your service provider.
Best Regards,
Todd Van Dusen
