Jeff Pawlow

Chief Execution Officer

As Chief Execution Officer (CXO) of Brady Martz, Jeff takes on the role of “Chief Evangelist” for our Vision 2028 strategic initiative, leveraging more than 25 years of expertise in the accounting profession. A long-time resident of St. Louis, Missouri, he founded and previously served as the Managing Shareholder of The Growth Partnership (TGP) from 1999 until 2024 – joining Brady Martz after the sale of his firm. During his tenure at TGP, Jeff earned recognition as one of the “Top 100 Most Influential People” in the accounting profession by Accounting Today on four separate occasions.

Jeff had already established a strong rapport with Brady Martz before joining our team, having previously worked as a consultant to the Firm. In his new capacity as CXO, he will collaborate with firm leadership to help execute their top priorities and ensure alignment with the Vision 2028 goals. Jeff will also play a key role in identifying potential acquisition opportunities and positioning Brady Martz as a reputable alternative to private equity within the industry.

Jeff and his wife, Cindy, are proud parents of four children and have one grandchild. In his leisure time he enjoys spending time at his family retreat near Mt. Shasta, California, and performing on-stage as a keyboardist for The Traveling Salvation Show, one of the top Neil Diamond tribute acts in the country.
