Lance Rambousek

Shareholder

Born and raised in South Heart, North Dakota, Lance moved to Bismarck in 2010. He and his wife, Maddie, were married in 2015 and they currently have two sons, Braeden and Drake. Lance enjoys Bismarck for its friendly people and ideal size—it is large enough that there are plenty of fun things to do without being too large for his tastes. Lance spends most of his free time hanging out with his family, watching sports, and participating in outdoors activities, such as hunting, fishing, and golf. His favorite teams to cheer on are the Vikings, the Twins, and the Tar Heels. Lance loves to travel and hopes to have the opportunity to visit many countries in his lifetime.

Lance joined the Brady Martz team in 2010, shortly after graduating from college. He currently serves as a shareholder and is responsible for coordinating both the tax and wealth management services in the Bismarck office. He also acts as the recruiter for the Bismarck office. When it comes to client service, Lance specializes in providing audit and tax services to rural electrical cooperatives. He also performs audits of 401(k) plans and ESOPs.

Lance has always loved numbers, but he didn’t want to be a teacher, so he chose to pursue a career in accounting. His primary focus is providing the best client service possible and encouraging his teammates to do the same. Lance attributes his career success to a combination of hard work, dedication, focus, and open mindedness.
