Sidney Compton

Senior Manager

Raised in Grand Forks, North Dakota, Sidney currently lives in West Fargo with her husband, Chris, their two children, Grayson and Reese, and a dog named Roxee. Sidney enjoys the area because it is a family friendly community and there is always something to do with the children. Outside of the office, Sidney enjoys doing hot yoga and spending time outside, when the weather allows.

A member of the Brady Martz team since 2012, Sidney has spent the entirety of her professional accounting career with the firm. She works in both the Tax and Audit Departments. On the tax side, she primarily focuses on business tax both at the federal and multi-state levels. On the audit side, she serves as the manager on audit files and works with employee benefit plans, non-profits, and non-public companies.

Sidney is a positive team player and a loyal professional. She operates from the perspective that everybody has a story, working to provide impactful value to her clients in order to have a positive impact on their story. Sidney always enjoyed working in the service industry, so a career in accounting—where she could assist people on the business and financial side—simply made since. She attributes her success in the field to being loyal and having the support of her husband.
