Taryce Malnaa

Senior Manager

Taryce was raised in Des Lacs, North Dakota, a small town about 15 miles from Minot, where she currently lives. She and her husband, Lester, have been married for 30 years. They have three adult children, a nurse, an architect, and a college junior. They also have two dogs (and one grand-dog). Taryce enjoys living in Minot because it is big enough to offer many amenities, small enough to feel like a small town, and near to most of her family. Outside of the office, her hobbies include quilting, reading, cooking, and biking. An avid traveler, Taryce has visited Europe, Canada, Mexico, and many other places.

In 1990, just after graduating from college, Taryce joined the Brady Martz team. She has spent the entirety of her professional accounting career with the firm and currently serves as a senior manager. Her responsibilities include working as a tax partner and a member of the oil and gas industry team. Taryce specializes in working with oil producers and royalty interest holders. She offers tax compliance work, tax planning, and monthly accounting services, including well-by-well accounting. Taryce also has experience working with estates and trusts. She offers both planning and administration services.

Taryce is dedicated to supporting her team and delivering on her promises in a timely and accurate fashion. She genuinely cares about her clients and wants them to reach their goals. She knows that in order to achieve success, the key is to get to know her clients—both on the business side and personally. Taryce truly realized the value of her family, friends, and co-workers in 2011 when she and her husband lost their home to the largest flood in the city’s history. It made her appreciate even more being part of a team and knowing what people can accomplish when they work together.
