Zach is a seasoned professional in the insurance industry, bringing more than 12 years of experience in asset protection strategies. As President of Brady Martz Insurance Solutions, he specializes in designing and implementing comprehensive insurance planning strategies with a focus on business insurance solutions and legacy maximization. His expertise includes buy-sell agreements, key-person insurance, executive compensation, income protection, and long-term care planning.

Zach joined Brady Martz in 2024 after spending six years as an insurance specialist inside CPA firms. He takes an honest and transparent approach to insurance planning, ensuring his clients receive tailored strategies that align with their financial goals. His dedication to excellence has earned him multiple industry accolades, including being a three-time recipient of the “All-around Advisor” award with an insurance strategic partner.

Originally from Alexandria, Minnesota, Zach now resides in Oxbow, North Dakota, with his wife, two children, and their Red Fox Labrador. He enjoys spending time with his family, going to the lake, and golfing on a nice summer day. A passionate hockey fan, he cheers for the Minnesota Wild and appreciates the wealth of outdoor activities the Fargo area has to offer.

Zach attributes his success to fantastic mentorship and his personal philosophy of always doing right by others. His most memorable career moment was delivering his first life insurance claim check, knowing it provided crucial support to a family in need.
