Alex has been a Brady Martz team member for nearly a decade where she currently serves as a Senior Manager and Director of the Strategic Business Solutions (SBS) Department. Known for her strategic brain and tech-savvy problem-solving skills, she thrives at the intersection of accounting, operations, and innovation. Whether she’s streamlining a client’s tech stack, designing scalable outsourced controller services, or mapping out forward-thinking advisory strategies, Alex is the go-to for practical solutions with long-term impact. Alex grew up in Prosser, Washington, but planted deep roots in Dickinson, North Dakota, where she moved for college and has lived since then. She enjoys the incredible community, supportive network, and opportunity to build a life that balances family, career, and joy.
