Tricia is a highly experienced public accounting professional with a career spanning nearly four decades. Specializing in tax and attest services for automotive dealerships, she also provides tax planning for dealership owners and their families. Her deep expertise in the automotive and real estate industries allows her to deliver strategic financial guidance tailored to her clients’ unique needs.

Before joining Brady Martz in 2025, Tricia held several leadership roles throughout her career, including 18 years as a Partner at Green & Miller, PC, 13 years as President of Rose Technologies, Inc., and six years as a Senior Manager at Leroy Howe and Associates. She began her career as a Revenue Accountant and has been a trusted advisor in the accounting field ever since.

Originally from Dover, Delaware, Tricia now resides in Denton, Texas. One of her favorite quotes, by Eleanor Roosevelt, reflects her philosophy: “Great minds discuss ideas; average minds discuss events; small minds discuss people.”
