Kari is a Senior Manager in the Tax Department at Brady Martz, where she specializes in serving agribusiness clients. Based in the Firm’s Grand Forks office, Kari manages the workflow processes for sugar beet partnership returns, works with a variety of farm, business, and individual clients, providing  tax return, consulting, and planning services. In her role as part of the Tax Lead Team, she also helps to oversee tax processes and resources, ensuring quality and efficiency across the team.

Kari began her career as an intern with Drees, Riskey & Vallager (DRV) in 2008, joining the firm full-time in 2009. When DRV merged with Brady Martz in 2015, she continued to build her career in tax services. Known for her detail-oriented and reliable nature, Kari strives to build strong client relationships rooted in good communication and an understanding of clients’ needs and goals.

An avid reader, Kari’s current favorite book, Atomic Habits by James Clear, reflects her passion for continuous improvement and understanding how habits shape success. Kari finds inspiration in the words of Oscar Wilde: “Be yourself; everyone else is already taken.”
