Lance joined Brady Martz in 2010, shortly after graduating college. He currently serves as a Principal and is the local lead for both the Tax and Wealth Management service lines in the Bismarck office. As for client service, Lance specializes in providing audit, tax and accounting assistance to rural electric cooperatives, nonprofits, and closely held for-profit businesses.

Lance has always loved numbers. His primary focus is providing the best client service possible and encouraging his teammates to do the same. Lance attributes his career success to a combination of hard work, dedication, focus, and open-mindedness.

Born and raised in South Heart, North Dakota, Lance moved to Bismarck in 2010. He enjoys Bismarck for its friendly people and ideal size—it is large enough that there are plenty of fun things to do without being too large for his tastes.
