Justin joined Brady Martz after college in 2003 and has worked hard to rise through the ranks, currently serving as a Principal. In this capacity, Justin leads the Firm’s Dealerships industry. He provides tax, consulting, and audit and attest services to dealerships and their related individuals and entities.

When it comes to client service, Justin’s personal philosophy is to always strive to be proactive in anticipating his clients’ needs and expectations. In his professional life, he adheres to the lesson contained in his favorite quote: “Whether you think that you can, or that you can’t, you are usually right.” This inspires him to try new things and work hard.
