Amber serves as the Outsourced Accounting Service Line Lead within Brady Martz’s Strategic Business Solutions (SBS) team. Based in Dickinson, North Dakota, she oversees the Firm’s growing Outsourced Accounting Department and collaborates closely with other SBS service line leads in Payroll, Fractional Controller, and Sales Tax to advance department and firm initiatives. Amber plays a key leadership role in developing team members, implementing efficient processes, and ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service and support.

Since joining Brady Martz in 2017, Amber has established herself as a decisive and visionary leader who thrives on driving efficiency and fostering growth. Known for “getting things done,” she specializes in financial statement issuance, general ledger cleanup, and pre-tax and audit preparation support. She also assists clients with compliance reporting, accounting advisory, and process development and implementation across a wide range of industries, including construction, restaurants, small business, agriculture, and oil and gas.

Raised on a ranch in Broadus, Montana, Amber attributes much of her success to her rural upbringing, where she learned the importance of hard work, determination, and integrity. Those early lessons continue to guide her today as a trusted and authentic leader. Her service philosophy, “Excellence in every action,” reflects her belief in setting high standards and delivering results that inspire confidence in her team and clients alike.
