Jason is a Principal at Brady Martz and the leader of the Firm’s Valuation, Transaction, and Transformation (VTT) service line. He specializes in helping family-owned businesses in the lower middle market navigate critical milestones – from business valuations and M&A transactions to exit planning and long-term succession strategies.

In public accounting since 2005, Jason brings almost two decades of experience to his advisory work. He takes a practical, results-focused approach to valuation and M&A advisory services, with a background that includes transaction readiness and strategic planning, along with occasional expert witness testimony. Jason previously served as a member of the Brady Martz Board of Directors and continues to shape firm strategy through his leadership of the VTT group.

Originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota, Jason now lives in Bismarck, North Dakota.
