After graduating from college in 1997, Jeremy was hired by Fiebiger, Swanson, West & Co. (FSW) where he eventually worked his way up to the role of Partner in 2010. Later in 2019, Jeremy joined the Brady Martz team as a Principal via its merger with FSW. He currently serves a variety of clients in the areas of nonprofit, employee benefit plans, and private clients. As part of providing compilations, reviews, audits, and tax assistance for many clients, he is considered a trusted advisor to those he serves. Jeremy has years of experience working with nonprofit clients that require Uniform Guidance audits. His tax experience includes both individuals and businesses, including nonprofits and 5500s.

A well-balanced professional, Jeremy is an asset to the Brady Martz team. He is involved with many facets of the business and handles a variety of clients. Jeremy’s personal philosophy of service is to always do his best and act with high integrity. Jeremy’s favorite quote is “Do something every day that scares you.” He strives to stick to it in his daily life. Jeremy believes that his career success stems from hard work, taking time to learn new things, and following in the footsteps of the founding partners of FSW.

Jeremy grew up on a farm near Fullerton, North Dakota. These days, he lives in Fargo where he enjoys the City’s great business environment, its proximity to the Minnesota lakes, and the people, who he says, “are grounded and have great work ethic.”
