Since joining Brady Martz in 2011, Jordan has spent his entire professional accounting career with the Firm. He is a Principal in the Minot office, serves as the Private Client Industry Leader, and is a member of the Board of Directors. Jordan works closely with business owners, families, and individuals as a trusted advisor, helping clients achieve their financial and legacy goals. His background includes extensive experience in business valuation, transaction planning and support, and value-based advisory services, providing valuable perspective when working with privately held businesses and multi-generational families.

Jordan is driven by a genuine desire to build meaningful relationships and help others succeed. He attributes his professional growth to strong mentors, continuous learning opportunities, a commitment to integrity, and a mindset focused on serving others while enjoying the journey.

Raised on a farm approximately 30 miles outside of Minot, North Dakota, Jordan earned his degree from North Dakota State University before returning to the Minot area. He and his wife are raising five children and enjoy being actively involved in their family, church, and community.
