Kristen is a Senior Manager on the Valuation, Transaction, & Transformation team at Brady Martz where she brings deep expertise to business valuations for estate and gift tax compliance, estate planning, mediation, and litigation. Since joining the Firm in 2011, she has built her career around tackling complex valuation matters with precision, clarity, and a strong sense of client service.

Kristen is known for her ability to bridge the gap between technical detail and practical application, empowering clients to make confident, informed decisions. Her background includes roles as Audit Associate, Audit Senior Associate, and Audit Manager, before transitioning exclusively into valuation in 2015. She credits her success to hard work and perseverance.

Originally from Washburn, North Dakota, Kristen now lives in Bismarck. She finds inspiration in the words of Ralph Waldo Emerson: “Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail.”
