Originally joining Woltman Group as a Senior Associate in 2011 before its merger with Brady Martz, Maria rose through the ranks to become a Manager and is now a Senior Manager. She is the ultimate utility player. Her daily work consists of consulting and performing fractional controller and CFO services for her clients, but she often finds herself involved in many different service and development areas within the Firm. Maria’s unique ability to relate to people and meet them where they are makes her a valued teammate and advisor.

Maria resides in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The daughter of a math teacher, Maria has always loved numbers and solving puzzles. She believes the key to providing excellent service is taking ownership by listening, observing, and responding. This philosophy is reflected in her favorite quote: “The better we observe, the sounder our decisions will be and the richer our experiences will become.”
