A native of Grand Forks, North Dakota, Matt established his professional accounting career with Drees Riskey & Vallager in 2009. He was still with the Firm in 2015 when it merged with Brady Martz. As a senior manager in the Firm’s Tax Department, Matt works with individuals, corporations, and partnerships. He performs tax planning and consulting work and compiles and reviews financial statements. Matt holds a versatile skill set working on everything from multi-state corporate tax returns to complex individual tax returns.

Providing great client service through communication and focusing on details is Matt’s primary goal. His clients and colleagues alike appreciate that he is dependable and detail oriented.
