Melissa grew up on a farm, where she learned early on that hard work is very important. She took an accounting class in high school and was inspired to pursue the field. Melissa joined the firm in 2013 as Firm Administrator and now serves as Chief Collaboration & Integration Officer. A vital member of the team, she is valued by her clients and colleagues.

Originally from Minnesota, Melissa now resides in Garretson, South Dakota.
