Tim brings over three decades of dedication and leadership to the Firm. Currently serving on both the Firm Operating Team and Executive Committee, Tim has held numerous leadership positions throughout his tenure, including a previous role as Chairman of the Board of Directors. He also leads the Firm’s technology strategy and oversees the IT team.

Tim focuses primarily on serving privately held, for-profit clients with an emphasis on tax and consulting services. His reputation is built on a foundation of professionalism, consistent hard work, and attention to detail. A firm believer in the value of action, his favorite quote – “Some people dream of worthy accomplishments while others stay awake and achieve them” – reflects his results-driven philosophy.

Beyond his work with the Firm, Tim has contributed his expertise to the broader professional community, serving multiple terms on the North Dakota Board of Dental Examiners, where he held officer roles as both Treasurer and President.

Raised in Aberdeen, South Dakota, Tim now lives in Grand Forks, North Dakota.
