Work Continues with New Procedures In Place

We would like to share an update on how Brady Martz is responding to the rapidly changing environment caused by coronavirus (COVID-19). At Brady Martz, we feel well prepared to maintain our services, but we acknowledge there will be adjustments needed along the way. We highly value your business and we appreciate your patience with us during these disrupted times.  

Our priority is the health and safety of our team, clients, and our communities. With safety as our primary concern, effective Friday, March 19, all Brady Martz offices are closed to the public until Monday, May 3. Team members will work remotely until that date.  

We are encouraging the use of telephone or video conferencing when meeting with our team. All tax appointments between now and April 6 will be handled virtually or rescheduled for a later date. 

Please use secure e-mail or the postal service to provide us with your tax information. Drop boxes will also be available at our locations as well.

A virtual working environment is something our team is very comfortable with and in many cases is consistent with the way we have been working with many of our clients for years.  However, we understand that this will be new for some of our clients and we will work diligently to assist with this transition.  

We want to thank you for being flexible, innovative, and for partnering with us to protect our team members, clients, and communities.

  • The methods of reaching us remain the same. Our email addresses and phone numbers are accessible regardless of our location.  
  • We remain dedicated to our client relationships. If we need to adjust how an engagement is approached due to your changing requirements or ours, we’re committed to being nimble and collaborative.  
  • The security of your information is a priority. Please speak to a team member to ensure that sharing your information with us digitally is done in a secure manner.
