Tricia is a highly experienced public accounting professional with a career spanning nearly four decades. Specializing in tax and attest services for automotive dealerships, she also provides tax planning for dealership owners and their families. Her deep expertise in the automotive and real estate industries allows her to deliver strategic financial guidance tailored to her clients’ unique needs.

Before joining Brady Martz in 2025, Tricia held leadership roles throughout her career, including 18 years as a Partner at Green & Miller, PC, 13 years as President of Rose Technologies, Inc., and six years as a Senior Manager at Leroy Howe and Associates. She began her career as a revenue accountant at Hunt Petroleum Inc. and has been a trusted advisor in the accounting field ever since.

Tricia earned a Master of Science in accounting from the University of North Texas and is a licensed CPA in Texas. She is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Texas Society of CPAs.

Originally from Dover, Delaware, Tricia now resides in Denton, Texas, where she enjoys spending time with her family, which includes four children, nine grandchildren, and her dog. An avid reader, hiker, and swimmer, she finds inspiration in continuous learning and intellectual discussions. One of her favorite quotes, by Eleanor Roosevelt, reflects her philosophy: “Great minds discuss ideas; average minds discuss events; small minds discuss people.”

Her favorite place to travel is St. John in the U.S. Virgin Islands, where she enjoys the beauty of the ocean and the peaceful surroundings.
