Maria Keepers

Senior Manager

Maria is the ultimate utility player. Her daily work consists of consulting and performing fractional controller and CFO services for her clients, but she often finds herself involved in many different service and development areas within the firm. Her unique ability to relate to people and meet them where they are makes her a valued teammate and advisor.

Originally joining Woltman Group as a senior associate in 2011, Maria rose through the ranks to become a manager and now senior manager, all within the Audit Department. The daughter of a math teacher, Maria has always loved numbers and solving puzzles. She believes the key to providing excellent service is taking ownership by listening, observing, and responding. This philosophy is reflected in her favorite quote: “The better we observe, the sounder our decisions will be and the richer our experiences will become.”

Maria currently resides in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, with her spouse, Brett, and their three daughters, Maggie, Alli, and Brandi. Outside of the office, she spends her free time volunteering with her church youth programs and coaching youth volleyball. Maria also enjoys playing the piano, scrapbooking, and taking trips to the beach with her family.
